About jobvina

jobvina is a New Zealand job board with no recruiters in it. Employers post their own roles, job seekers apply directly, and an AI does the work in between — drafting the ad, reading CVs, and ranking applicants.

It is free to post and free to apply. There are no listing fees and nobody will ring you about a package.

We are part of the vina.nz family, based in Auckland. Your jobvina sign-in is the same account you use across vina.nz.

How we rank applicants

Every applicant is scored against the role on the details they have given us: skills against the requirements, experience, location, the type of work they want, pay expectations, availability, and whether they hold the right to work the role requires.

We never score on a person’s name, age, sex, ethnicity, or anything derived from them. The score is a sorting aid — the hiring decision belongs to the employer.
